Origin Story
Our founding team came together inside a 400-truck carrier — not as consultants, but as the actual back-office. Fleet managers, compliance specialists, recruiters, safety leads. We were the ones answering the phone at 3 AM when a driver was stranded.
From the inside, we watched mid-size carriers bleed. Thin margins getting thinner. Carriers that had run for decades shutting their doors — not because freight dried up, but because the cost of running operations kept swallowing what little was left. The only solution they knew was hiring more in-house staff — six-figure salaries, benefits, turnover — just to still end up with a 2% margin and nobody watching between 5 PM and 7 AM.
Then the bottom fell out. Industry margins hit -2%. 1 in 8 carriers shut down in a single year. We couldn't unsee it.
We saw the gap. We knew the cost. And we knew there had to be a better way to keep carriers alive. So we built it.
